Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Customer Care Advisor, you'll:
Be the first line of support for customer questions, requests, and complaints via multiple channels.
Take ownership of a defined set of customers, ensuring they always receive timely and adequate support.
Process customer data and documentation accurately in our systems (e.g. import/export).
Spot growth opportunities and share insights with sales colleagues to support account planning.
Guide customers in using our eCommerce platform effectively and autonomously.
Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer relationships and showcasing our product portfolio.
Proactively sell or cross-sell based on your product knowledge, and involve specialized colleagues when needed.
Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and the way we work together.
Support colleagues by sharing your knowledge and insights.
You're solution-driven, persistent, and proactive.
You can organize your work, set priorities, and handle multiple requests at once.
You're a true team player, open to collaboration and knowledge sharing.
You have good language skills (Dutch required, English/French a plus).
Previous customer care experience is an advantage, but not a must — your attitude is key.
